"No wonder, I certainly haven't thought about getting married," said the old man with a chuckle.
Jani rolled her eyes as she nudged Dana's leg. But Dana didn't care about Jani at all. The man even chuckled at the old man's words which sounded ridiculous to Jani. They are limited to superiors and subordinates.
"It's hard to convince my girlfriend, Sir," Dana said casually.
Jani nudged Dana's leg back. She glared at Dana. Jani gave a warning in her eyes when Dana turned to look at her. Dana asked what was wrong with her eyes. While Jani just squinted her eyes then looked at the old man and smiled stiffly.
"We actually…"
"We were just thinking about getting engaged, Sir," Dana said quickly before Jani could finish her sentence.
