Jani and Dana were both silent. Only the music performed by Novo Amor, entitled Sleepless, could be heard in both of their ears. Dana was afraid to just take a breath. Jani still kept her gaze out the window.
The girl seemed reluctant to just glance at Dana for a moment. Only Dana occasionally glanced sideways at where Jani was. Dana didn't like it if they kept quiet about each other like this. Dana then exhaled through his mouth then glanced slightly at Jani.
"Jan?" Dana called out to the girl in a low voice.
Jani didn't look up. "Yes?" but she answered Dana's call.
Dana felt even more awkward now. "Are you angry?" Dana asked, still as quiet as possible.
