Recap:
"Get them and leave that little snake to me, he is mine for the skinning." She yelled and I felt my heart drop.
"We need to get out of here," Aural snapped and I turned to her. "Take him," I said and she took the baby. As soon as the baby was safely in her arms. I looked at them both and said "forgive me." Before letting my wings out. they both stared at me with surprise as I let surrounded them and carried them both up so we could get out. but just as we reached the top I felt a pain in my chest.
Not once but twice.
I looked down to see two daggers in my chest. One that belonged to her and him. "We found you," they both said and everything went dark.
