"How ironic." He heard as he coughed heavily from the smoke. He hadn't realized that grabbing the feather would cause a slight explosion, enough to send him back. Leaving unbearable smoke to choke him in the process.
"A creature used to fire, smoke and so much more yet this chokes him. I am fascinated. How long do you think it will take to kill you?" the voice chuckled.
He felt as though something was strangling him with all its strength and whether he would survive it, was a chance of nothing. He couldn't see what to fight or even focus on how to survive. Everything was overwhelming him heavily and he didn't know how to go about this.
