Naeun had some problems with her heart from her birth. But when she turned 4 it became critical. She had lost her mother when she was a few months old and only her father was left to give her the love she needed. An operation was necessary for Naeun and her father, Park Byunsoo decided to go with it. Naeun was in the hospital ward with her father right beside her.
"Daddy, am I going to die?"
"No my princess, you aren't." Her dad replied and kissed her forehead. "Everything will be fine and I will be right beside you when you wake up. Be strong okay? No matter what happens, promise me you'll be strong?"
"I will."
The operation was successful but when Naeun opened her eyes her father wasn't beside her. A week passed and there was no sign of her father. After 2 weeks Naeun was lying on the hospital bed and when she heard the door open she turned towards it hoping it could be her father; but instead 4 men dressed in black entered.
"Who are you? Where's my daddy?"
