Sin Jin Woo and the stranger stared at each other each keeping their mouth shut waiting for other person to answer. Wang Roo Nim moved slightly in his arms because he was uncomfortable.
"I don't know who you are but I have some unfinished business with him." Jin woo tried pulling him away from but the other man held onto him even more tightly.
"Ohh, so you don't know who I am? If you were a close friend of his then you would have known about me but since I see that's not the case I suggest you take you leave." The man spoke harshly.
"I don't think it is necessary to know you." Jin woo was not going to give up. It was not matter of Wang Roo Nim anymore but his ego was at work since he had never felt this much humiliated before.
Before he could argue further the stranger replied in a cold voice, "Before you worry about him take care of the girl behind you. She seems to be looking for you."
"Huh what girl?" Jin Woo turned around to find Lee Soo sneaking and eavesdropping on them from behind. "What are you doing here?" Jin woo was in bad mood. He did not control the anger and irritation in his voice.
"I was just worried about.." Lee Soo acted innocent and hurt by his attitude towards her. "You have your hands full man. We will be taking a leave." The man spoke in his usual cold and heavy voice.
"Wait…" Jin Woo wanted to say something but when he turned around he found the place where they had stood was empty. "Huh??" Jin Woo almost pooped out his eyes because he couldn't believe what he was seeing.
"Lee Soo, did you see them leave?" Jin Woo pointed at the empty place.
"Them, I was talking to you so I don't know when they left. Maybe he had a car parked near?" Lee Soo gave her opinion.
"But that is still too fast…" Jin Woo was not willing to believe this. "But maybe some people are super-fast after all since I didn't even notice him coming." That was the only option left for him to believe.
'Well, I can always make things clear from him." Jin woo put away the doubts and curiosity in his heart.
"Aren't you going to come back??" Lee Soo approached him hopefully. "We still have second round left. You will join us right??"
"Sorry, Lee Soo but I am going home. Have fun and Happy birthday." He gave her a swift smile and waved his hand as he walked away in the night.
Lee Soo looked at him walking away clenching her fist. "What is interesting about that weirdo anyway? Just wait Sin Jin Woo, I will make you fall for me."
Walking through the brightly lit street, Jin Woo wandered around the night city. He looked at the time.
8 pm.
He didn't want to go home but even if he didn't want to he had to go anyway. He looked at his almost dead smart phone. He looked at his almost empty wallet and remembered about his card that he forgot in his room.
"No car, no money, no battery….." He sighed. "I almost have become a poor man." He sat in a bench in a public park and looked at the night sky remembering an event from his past.
"Mommy, what are those creatures that are sparkling?" Child Jin Woo asked pointing to the sky.
A kind looking lady laughed at his question and gave a loud smooch on his forehead. "Those are stars. People say that if someone leaves this world they will go and live in those."
Confused and innocent Jin Woo looked at his pale and frail mother who was lying on the hospital bed with needle pierced on her wrist. Looking at his silly face she chuckled slightly.
"One day Mom will go there and look at you from there." She hugged the sweet baby pasting him to her bosom.
"Then I will also join mommy." The stupid child grinned with a happy face.
"No, you can't…I mean you need to find someone like your mommy first, have cute little dumplings and
then only come for mommy, hmmmm??Promise me okay??"
"But I don't need someone like mommy, I need mommy. Mommy don't like me anymore" His eyes filled with tears and wailed like a kid with snot running down his nose while his mother held him deep in her embrace on a dark night filled with stars.
"Mom, you are looking at me right now, aren't you??" He raised and extended his hand to the sky trying to touch a bright star but in vain. "Mom, you are a liar." He clenched his open palm in a fist, his eyes turning red while he tried to hold back his tears.
"Mom, what is that brother doing?" A boy asked his mother pointing towards Jin Woo, who sat on a bench raising his fist in the air.
"Shhhh….You should ignore these weird people." Dragging her child she quickly went away from his sight.
'That kid'. A vein popped in his fore head and fist hearing the remarks of the boy. 'He ruined my perfect emotional scene. Tch…' He returned back to his aloof and cold self.
"Tringg..Tringg.."
His phone rang.
"Holy sh*t, That scared me." Jin woo almost lost ten years of his life when the phone rang in such a loud voice.
He looked at the caller Id and gulped down his saliva before picking it up.
"Hello.." Jin Woo pretended to be calm answering the phone.
"If you don't come back home by 9, I am blocking your black card you brat." Hi grandfather yelled at him and directly cut off the call after telling his share of information and scolding.
"Grandpa, you can't do that to me..hello?? hello??" Jin Woo shouted at the phone but the only response he got was three beeps indicating end of his call.
To make matter worse his phone died precisely at that moment. "Why is this day so freaking horrible…arghhhh.." He clutched his hair and rubbed them out of frustrations.
Was he supposed to go home running?? Considering he had no money running to home was the only feasible option for him.
He didn't have anyone to ask money from. Just then a car stopped before him. He stared at the car which was as good as new and felt it was familiar. "The wheels are same? Doesn't seem that way to me then.." He looked at the driver seat.
The window slowly rolled down revealing a handsome face. His smiley eyes and lips looked charismatic and charming but for some reason Jin Woo suddenly frowned, his face wrinkling in anger and a little hint of disgust.
"Not happy to see me?" Seeing the change in expression from admiration to hatred, the men felt a pang on his heart. "You brother is ere to pick you up and you are not even happy? "Sin Hyun, his brother gave a bitter smile.
"I will be better off without seeing your unlucky face for my entire life." Jin Woo did not even hold back his hatred and spit out every mean words he could.
"I figured." Hyun sighed bitterly but quickly came back to his smiley and charming pretty boy aura.
"How did you find me?? Don't tell me you have some kind of tracker placed inside me." Jin Woo eyed him suspiciously while his biased thought had already declared Hyun guilty.
"I don't have time to track some useless brother all the time. I just knew you were here. " Hyun replied .
Jin Woo didn't speak anything.
"Then drive the car back home. Its your own car after all. I just got it serviced and repaired." Hyun came out of the driver seat and handed him the keys.
Jin Woo was unwilling as it was brought by his hateful elder brother but he was also willing since the car belonged to him from first.
"I have some work in this area, so don't wait up for me." Hyun walked towards a villa without turning back to look at jin Woo.
"It's not like I care anyway." Jin Woo drove the car and reached home just in time.
"If you were even one minute late, your black card was going to be frozen. Next time make sure not to worry me you spoilt brat." His grandpa scolded him while holding a baseball bat that came from who knows where.
Meanwhile...
"Thirsty, water…" Weak and sleepy voice of Wang Roo Nim caught attention of a man who was almost dozing to sleep in a chair. Wang Roo Nim opened his heavily closed eyes and looked at the blur person before him.
He slowly drank the water regaining some of his spirit and consciousness.
In his memory he only remembered Jin Woo following him on the street before blacking out.
"Jin Woo??" He spoke slowly while trying to focus on the face of the person before him.
"Who is Jin Woo?" The man frowned when he was mistaken as someone else by Wang Roo Nim.
The cold voice and sharp interrogating accent made Wang Roo Nim sober within a second. "Br-Brother??"
"So you finally remember me huh?" He was almost ready to give him a whack on his head.
"Ehh??" "Ehhhhhh?"
"What are you doing here?" Wang Roo Nim looked at the tall and well built man with strong features who had a hair as white as snow.
