We talked for a little while longer, but the two of them went home after a little while. Even though home was just one quick elevator ride down from our place. They were always so close to us, but at times like this, it felt like that one stop on the elevator was half a world away.
I noticed that Ocean was still exhausted from earlier. He really needed his rest. And truth be told, I wanted to take care of Ocean right now. Not to mention, over the next week or so, we needed to tell his siblings about what was happening to him. I voted for telling the sisters first. They would be easier to break it to. And, on top of that, we could offer them a bribe to help us wrangle in Grantham when we told him. Ocean was going to need them as allies when his brother found out.
