We hurriedly went back to the apartment. The scraps of my suit were disposed of and I shifted back to my human form so that I could change into something a lot more comfortable, like a pair of human shorts. Yeah, I know, virtually the same, just the material. I was just nervous being in that form, that was all.
We were ready to go within twenty minutes. Doc even took my phone and put it in a special bag so that it wouldn't have the water affect it at all on the way back up. Hopefully it would still be just fine when we got home.
