"Ocean, I am so glad that you are back. I had some wonderful food prepared for us." Avisa was smiling and looked as happy as she could be. If I had to describe the way that she was looking at me, I would say that she was like an aunt that hadn't seen her nephew in a long time, and that she was delighted that said nephew had finally come for a visit. I only know that look because of my Aunt Linda. I had stayed away for so long when I was first starting my relationship with Makai. Not just because of that, but there was a lot going on with her and me both. But when I finally went to see her again, finally took Makai to meet her, she was delighted to see me and smiled just like Avisa was now.
