Well, that was one hell of a way to ring in the new year. It was such an amazing night for the both of us. And to top it all off, I had asked Ocean to marry me, and he said yes.
Who would have thought that I was going to ask someone to marry me when I was still in high school? Yeah, I definitely didn't think that was going to be what happened to me when I was still so young, but I didn't really care. I was happy. I had found my mate. I had found the one person that I was meant to be with for the rest of my life. I had found the one and only person that would make me happy forever and ever. This was the best thing ever.
