"I can't belive you just didn't notice Lucky cat Cafe. I mean are you that stupid?" Luna gripped Jason's back as he sped through the city. "I don't know I was preoccupied with my transfer. Didn't care to look up?" Jason shifted over. Hiro closely following behind.
"we are here" Jason grinned at the Lucky cat cafe. It's building was bright with yellow and red lights. It was the brightest shop in the street.
Jason, Luna and Hiro stepped in. "Aunt Cass. I am home" Hiro shouted. Cass looked back to find her only nephew, Hiro standing at the door grinning with other two people.
"Hiro. How was college today? Wait, I know you" Cass narrowed her eyes at Jason.
"If course. How can you forget the trouble maker who always spilled his coffee on his shirt?" Jason grinned.
"JASON!" She pushed him into a hug. "oh look at you, all grown up. How long has it been? Who is this? Is this your sister?" Aunt Class's attention turned toward Luna.
"yes. We moved in next to your home. " Jason pulled Luna closer with his arm around her.
"Oh she is soo cute. Come on, help yourself. Dinner is on me" Aunt Cass welcomed them in. Luna smiled at the scene playing in front of her. A caring family. Her eyes wavered when she remembered Mark was dead. Her heart beat in uncertainity, is it fair she should be enjoying herself?
Hiro snapped her our of her thoughts, "Hey Luna, come on in. Why you just standing there?"
She fakesmiled and joined the family for dinner. "CHICKEN WINGS" Aunt Cass shouted.
"Nothing is better than this. Best welcome wings ever" Jason voice was muffled with chicken. Hiro, Luna and Cass laughed at his clowness. Cass smiled longingly at Jason. "You resemble a lot like Tadashi" she mumbled.
"I do. Well, guess we are. We were friends until I have to move out. I miss him. " Jason smiled comfortingly.
"why did you move out?" Hiro chimed in.
"My parents died in a car accident. Our neighbor called. I had to go. After the funeral, everyone refused to take care of Luna. So, I joined a college there and took care of Luna" Jason's eyebrows lifted up. Luna gave a thankful smile.
"Oh really! Haha" Hiro scratched his head, regretting he brought back dark past.

Cass yawned. "It's time to go to bed, Hiro. Don't you think you are working late night?"
Hiro was working on Baymax upgrades, while Baymax was deactivated in his box. "Just a little while, Aunt Cass. I am almost done"
"Don't stay up till midnight"
"i won't"
Finally after setting up his new upgrade chip for superscanners, Hiro activated Baymax. "hello" The big robot came to life.
"How is your sensors now?"
"They appear to be functioning"
"good. How come noodle burger boy was able to jam your sensors? Why did he attack us?" Hiro ruffled his hair.
"Hiro, it's time for bed. A 8 hours of sleep is advised for a growing teen" Baymax pointed out. "Right"

Birds chirped and Sanfransikyo was filled again with its lively people. Lucky cat Cafe was just as busy as yesterday. Around the table were Hiro, Baymax and his friends, Gogo, Wasabi, Fred and Honey lemon.
"Ohh I can't wait for tomorrow. It's the showcase people." Honey lemon squealed.
"yeah, can't wait" Gogo bluntly said.
"Oh this is soo gonna be cool. It's like the whole world is gathered for the future" Fred said comically,he emphasised the word future.
"and I can't wait for Luna's presentation. I hope she gets in." Hiro munched on his donut.
"Oh Hiro. That's really cool. Having a studymate around your age is cool right?" Wasabi asked.
"Yes. But not Karmi." Hiro sipped his coffee.
In the meantime, Luna paced her new lab that Jason prepared for her. "How does this look?" Jason placed all she needs. Computers, spare parts, programmers etc.
"did you do all of this?"
"No. An alien from outer space landed right here so that they could make a super lab for a dumb little girl" Jason voice laced with sarcasm.
"Oh thank you so much. I bet if you would had done this, it would look terrible" Luna chuckled.
"you really are naughty, you know"
"i am, thanks"
"So what do you plan about SFIT? "
"i am gonna get in. I think I shouldn't waste my life like this. It was super cool"
"OK. That's great. I will leave you do your genius thing. All the best. I gotta go to work." Jason waved off.
"OK it's just you and me ideas" She cracked her knuckles.
After 30 long minutes,
"No ideas. Useless empty brain" She hit her head in her table.
"oh maybe it would better if I walkaround"
A few minutes later
"oh come on. Did someone steal my brain? Why is it malfunctioning?"
AN idea clicked. "MALFUNCTIONING. THAT'S IT!" She grabbed her pencil and started working on her so called blowing off project.
"Wow. Seems like you got the hang of it. Come on have some lunch" Jason invited. It was almost noon.
"No I will, later."
Jason shrugged and left. She still has to work on the programming, the fabric. A lot of work.
"How about some coffee?you didn't have lunch." Jason dropped by in the evening.
Luna stretched her muscles and sipped her coffee. "How is it going?" Jason asked.
"i have a lot to do. I think i should pull a all nighter. I still have to prepare fabric and most annoying part, testing the protocol" Luna pulled her sleeves up and her hair into a pony.
"She is in beast mode" Jason laughed and left Luna alone. Her beast mode, do not disturb her.
It was almost 8. And Luna has completed her final project. "So how is it going? What did you do?" Hiro welcomed himself in.
"it's great. Prepare to be amazed."
"OK show me. I am all eyes and ears" He sat down enthusiastically.
"nah nah. Wait for it till tomorrow." She winked and smirked.
"wait what? Are you kidding me?"
"do I look like?"
"OK.... So how about dinner together to feed those genius brains? Jason told you didn't have lunch" Hiro pushed his hands into his pockets.
"sounds great. Let's go. My stomach might burst out with acid" she hurried out of her lab.
After they left, a shadow sneaked into Luna's garage lab. It pulled the invention Luna made and smirked at it. "What a fine piece of invention. Clever. Very clever"
