As Kagi goes further down into the crater, he is battered badly by evil spirits, weakening him with every attack.
He loses his grip off a ledge over the walls and falls down to a cave full of sparkling water. On its walls are scriptures and illustrations about the prophecy, the first war, the Rapture, and the new world.
He suddenly hears familiar voices outside the cave. Thinking the voices are his family calling him, he takes a step outside only to see a beautiful field of flowers with blue sprites dancing, singing, and playing around it.
Not far from where he's stands, a bright green stone shines bright in the middle of the field and calls his name. But as he takes a step in the field, a flashbacks of past memories strike him.
Flashbacks of his childhood, those of his father, and of his family bring him to tears. As he pushes through towards the stone, he passes out due to his injuries.
He wakes up to see Kohinoor rushing towards him, so he stands back up and fights Kohinoor in hand-to-hand combat.
Sagiri soon arrives only to find that the battle is over and her father down in the crater fighting with Kagi.
Sagiri climbs down to the crater with the guardian knife that her father gave her as a gift and as she goes down, a blue sprite follows her.
She believes it to be her grandfather's spirit guiding her and protecting her from evil spirits, then one another sprite appears by her side.
Calling her name and cheering her on for her bravery, she realizes that the sprite is T'chul-chul.
Sagiri: Father! Both of you stop!
Kohinoor: What, Sagiri?!
Kagi stabs the distracted Kohinoor but not before Kohinoor throws one last punch, knocking them both to the ground.
Sagiri rushes to her father's side while a blue sprite approaches Kagi and touches him. Then, a dream that foretells the future and the consequences of his wish to resurrect his family occurs in his unconscious mind.
He sees everything: the devastation, death, crisis, and the end of the world. When he wakes up from the dream, he sees nothing but the darkness of the ruins of the Babylon spirit world. He cries in grief and despair.
Kohinoor stands back up and walk towards Kagi and tells him that this is the reason why the guardians protected it from his father and Yamada. Kagi kneels down and begs Kohinoor for forgiveness, wishing for his own death to be reunited with his family.
Kohinoor gives him one last look, then stabs him using the guardian knife and grants him forgiveness.
Kohinoor grabs the Stone of Life and wishes for T'chul-chul back in exchange of his life to make his daughter happy.
He bids his last good bye to his daughter and tells her that he can't go back in time so he made a wish that he hopes will make her happy for the rest of her life.
Sagiri finds herself in the human world with T'chul-chul then tells to her mother what her father's last words were, leaving her in tears as she hugs T'chul-chul and her daughter.
They all prayed for Kohinoor's soul to rest in peace.
