[Vlad was beyond surprised to see the upgraded powers of Priest, as his speed and strength in terms of physical attacks were significantly matched with his own strength, but it also has to do with the rise of sunlight weakening his powers. Sensing this (sunlight getting brighter), Vlad sped up his actions.
Growling ferociously, he went on a mad rampage against Priest. He grabbed Priest by pulling his Katana and threw him into the collapsed iron tower. Priest hit, crashed, and collapsed on the mountain of iron scraps.
As the scraps and debris were falling all over, Vlad charged in for the attack. He swung his bone-sword to chop Priest's neck, which Priest evaded at the last minute as he jumped back. But Vlad was not done.
