Oixaa stepped out of the coffee bar with an emotionless, blank face and gulped down the hot coffee in one go; without even flinching.
It has been nearly five hours since she left the crime scene. The cops dropped her at a women's hostel, but she didn't stay and was walking to different locations since then.
First, it was a salon, then a restaurant, and two hours of plain mundane walking around the city, then finally reaching the coffee bar. The pity was Priest and Aalaf were following her all along to all her stupid locations, hiding their presence.
"Is this necessary, father?"
"Necessary, what?"
"We are standing on a fucking 120m tall building!" Aalaf screamed into Priest's ears, shivering from the fear of standing on a slippery roof of a tall building.
"Man up, Aalaf. I am wasting my hard-earned powers on this shit... You should thank me for carrying you all the way to this tower."
