Without allowing Allan to say a single word the captain said:
"You are not qualified for it, not only do you lack skill, you also lack discipline. Although you have been trained with the guards of a town for a while that does not mean that you have what it needs to become one "
Allan wanted to interrupt what Captain Collin was saying, but the captain didn't give him a chance.
"You don't know our methods, you don't know our procedures, you don't know how to work as a team, to side with the guards in a fight would endanger all your allies. In my eyes you are little more than a mercenary. I´m sorry for captain Smith but you are not one of our own, and you never will"
The captain stopped talking and looked at Allan expecting to see his reaction; however, Allan's reaction did not match what Collin expected to see.
"Understood, if that's what you think then I can't do anything," Allan said.
