Chapter 3 - Chapter 2

Turn out that the game world is big, very big and everyone started in a different localization, the player does not have a say in it, it is random, even though people couldn't find a world map there were at least fifteen countries found.

The started races that one can choose from are five: human, dwarf, elf, orc, beastman, and halfling, but that does not mean that there aren't other races, people have seen fairies, werewolves, and even one vampire.

Halfling isn't a race, a halfling is a descendant of two "pure" races, like a human and a beastman, or an orc and an elf. With time, these half-bloods who were discriminated by their origin races started to reproduce between themselves to the point that almost all of them had a bit of blood of more than ten races, and because of not knowing their roots and not having an interest in knowing it, they declared themselves as a new race, and every being with more than one race in his blood is considered a halfling.

But choosing a race is an important event, even more in this game, for example, two users choose beastman as their race because they wanted a physical class, but when they appeared in the game one was a cat-beastman and the other was a tiger-beastman, so if the cat-beastman player wanted to play as something different that a thief or an assassin, like a tank, he is screwed.

It is the same with every race except humans, if you choose elf, you can be a wood elf, dark elf, and every other variant. Every race has a random element in them, and that was what decides your starter point, if you become a gray dwarf, you would find yourself in a gray dwarf village; if you were a blood orc, you would be in a blood orc settlement, and if you became a halfling … you could end up literally anywhere.

There are two ways to level up the character's personal level: One is gaining experience that can be given by defeating monsters, clearing quests, etc…

The second is training. If you level up by gaining experience, you'll get five stat points that you can distribute as you want, but if you train, lift weights, run long distances, study a lot, etc... You obtain stat points based on the training done, meaning that if you do strength training you get stat points in your strength stat and when you have acquired five stats point you level up to the next level but you don't get free stats point at all.

This was discovered by a player that thought that he had discovered a bug and wanted to get a super build to be invincible, and ranted in the forums when he didn't get what he wanted.

(What a baby … but the info is useful)

Allan thought while he browsed the forums searching for anything that could be interesting.

After reading the post, he turns off his laptop, got up, look at his game capsule, and … went to sleep.

You can't blame him for that, he was all night awake, slept a few hours in the street, and returned to his home. Others would ignore the fatigue and will start playing, but all he wants now is to get a good dream.

In a tall building in the middle of the city, in one of the many rooms on one of the middle floors, a group of people were having a reunion about the game

"How was the progress of the project"

Asked one of the businessmen at one end of the table where they were seated

"Yes, it seems that the sales are still below the acceptable range"

Responded another man with a few people behind him beside a statistic reflecting what he was saying.

"Well, no matter, we had already predicted that it would be this way, we aren't expecting an increment in the sales volume until the end of the year at least"

"Yes, soon the posted videos by the company will reach the desired number of views and people will start to get curious about the game itself"

"Then about the game progression …"

The man started, but he was quickly cut off.

"You don't have to worry about that, another team will be selected for that, you only have to do what you are tasked with, understood?"

"Ye- Yes!!!"

"Well then, let's finish the meeting, I have to go to another reunion"

The men got out of the room, and the boss went to the elevator and selected the highest floor. When he arrived advanced all the way to the last room unhindered.

Toc, Toc

"Enter"

Responded a voice, and the man entered the room.

"How was the meeting"

"Nothing new, that leeches still want to discover more about the game"

"Well, we already knew that they would try after we started the project, you know how they are, how is the other project?"

"It seems that there are some problems, the progress of the project is slower than we expected, should speed us the investigation?"

"No need, nothing good will come if we do rush things, tell the team to continue at the same pace"

"Yes"

The man bowed and got out of the room slowly.

Allen woke up and went to the bathroom to take a shower, after that, he entered the game capsule

Suddenly Allan's conscience was pulled into the game capsule, and he found himself in a blank space.

This is the "blank room", a personal space of the user of the capsule which can be modified at will by the user, in this space you can connect to the internet and access virtual games.

Soon, Allan selected the icon of Idle Online, and soon the icons changed and he hears a voice
