But the main reason the capital is not getting involved is due to the pact between the Immortals and the God's.
Which dictates that no being either the God's or the Immortals can lay claim over the island.
Any a mana contract was enacted for if broken by either groups punishment is inevitable.

Sir Phoenix shouldn't such acts under a Heavenly domain be insulting to the God's themselves.
