Why can't there be peace in the lands. Why there is bound to be a conflict between the deities and men what compels them to do so. Have they never tried to have peace in these lands.
They have they tried everything from marriages between the God's and women of the capital. Many Heavenly soldiers would come to the capital and work for the Immortals and vice versa.
These things were done in order to preach trust and transparency between them.
And yes everything was transparent. From the number of troops on both sides. To the technological advancement and even all the unorthodox approaches of the immortals.
But there was one thing both hid from each other.
"Why do the God's seek to destroy this world, they hold dear"
There was one clue to this puzzle. It had something related to the Lord of the Abyss.
And now something have been discovered.
As Sein hailed the Lord of the Abyss as his creator.
Does this mean the scriptures were false all along.
It is said that the lands were created by the God's. This was an accepted fact. But. Noone could see that question awaiting beyond that.
If God's created the lands who created them.
And when they saw Sein the answer was right in front of them. It was the Lord of the Abyss who created the Pantheon of Gods.

And the one who was behind the scheme all along.

But when Moonlight Thunder King thought more about it deeply the more it troubled him.

Maybe the lands are hindering the gods. That's why they want to destroy it. When they themselves created these lands.
If so then how are the lands hindering the gods. Who's strength stand above everything else. Have they all been inflicted with the abyss intoxication
Maybe they want to create a new world. According to their wishes. Shape it however they like. But why would they create a new world. This world doesn't lack anything that is not according to their wishes except us.
But this isn't enough reason to destroy this one.
Maybe I am missing something. Or maybe I have all the clues and answers I need already.
The King was calculating different variations when the research came Inside the office.

What possibility are there. That the lands hinder the God's.
1. Maybe the lands are inferior in some way. Thus wanting g to replace them with an improved one.
2. Maybe they want to create new world.
3. Maybe they want to impress their creator by returning the world itself to void.
4. Maybe the world is binding them such that they cannot escape and thus seek to destroy the world.
These are the possibilities I can think off. But I cannot strike any off even after a millennium of conflict.
In the end I have narrowed down my answer to these four possibilities. Within these possibilities the answer lie.

Why would a project open a space-time rift in the middle of Chroma. And at the next page it is written the stability of space time increasing instead of other way around.
