After lunch, Bram got up from his chair.
"I'm going back to the office. Oh, yes. This afternoon wait for me, I'll have dinner at home," said Bram with a smile and kissed Clara's head.
"See you at home. Be careful when you going home," said Bram and hurriedly left the restaurant.
Clara just silently stared at the exit of the restaurant. She had been watching Bram's hasty steps like he wanted to avoid her.
'Is he angry?' Clara thought.
Clara sighed. She turned to look out the window. She remembered that Bram had torn up her monthly family planning notebook. Instantly she felt doubts about her own decision. She recalled Bram's words. That after marriage, what else is needed? Every married couple wants to have a child.
Clara remembered today was the schedule for her contraceptive injection. She got up from her chair and took all the paper bags containing her groceries.
