"But Mami doesn't have much time, Bram," said Anita's mother.
Anita averted her gaze. She pulled Bram out of the room.
"Bram, I beg you. Marry me now. I love my Mom," said Anita sadly.
Bram rubbed his face roughly.
"Can't Anita. Marriage is not something to be played with. There are still a few months left for our wedding. And not now, I can't! We have to prepare everything well!" said Bram.
Anita was about to answer Bram's words, but suddenly someone spoke.
