The two mysterious and brolic men with raggedy sacks covering their faces and ragged clothes stood mindlessly still while eight more less impressively built men stood on the gate behind them. Derek asks to read the note dropped by the bird the traveler was mesmerized by in his uncle's hand. Reading the note as he looked up at their invaders forced Derek to hold in tears, they got worse as he held them shut when he finished. "What's wrong?" Uncle Sun-Jin asked as he held onto his nephew's shoulder. "Cry to yourself over a bowl of cabbage from the lives you had no chance of saving when you solve the mystery." Derek remembered Dustin advising him with his calming voice. "I don't need to question further to figure out this is something you do." Derek remembered responding all those years ago. "Tal figured it out too and would love to catch me but he'll never be able to." Dustin responded before he winked. Agent Order's face and advice popped into his mind. "There's an army of the reanimated corpses steadily marching towards the gates, they're all over. Those men are dead as well. Hold nothing back in your tussle." Derek informed and directed his Grandfather, uncle and cousins with a grim tone towards the end, as pain in his right shoulder worsened and his entire left arm gave out as a tremendous headache soared in. "Then find yourself in the basement with your aunt and Soo-Ae!" Sun-Jin demanded until he looked back with concern and saw his present condition. "You're able to make it back or—?" Duri asked as Chae ran to him. "I'm able to help with surface problems but talk pretty to that worm. You should feel fine now." Said Chae as she took her hand off his chest. "Impossible." Derek replied as he made a noise as he got up and sprinted to the manor's basement. The hero ran as urgently as he could, bursted through the front door, through the living area, through the kitchen, accidentally mistaking a small second bathroom as the basement. "Being used!" Derek heard from his fourth cousin's calm and deep voice before he discovered a wall of art on the wall in the kitchen next to it. Derek stood confused about how the basement entrance worked until his cousin Soo-Ae finished and flushed. "I have to inhale injustice by sharing the same bathroom with my mom. That's off my chest, first time in the basement by your own choice, wow." Said Soo-Ae as she demonstrated how to open by placing her palm in the center on the cheek of the woman's face. "The woman in the mural is—… Grandma?" Derek asked as he resembled a curious dog. "Yep. She'd be excited to get to know you. It almost killed her when aunt Tae-lee disowned the family to be with the prowler of JinJunye." Soo-Ae told him as she began walking down to the basement as calm as a tree on a hot summer day. "Wha—… Aunt Dal-Rae is down there too, right?" Derek halted himself and followed after her. Soo-Ae threw a thumbs up from behind her as she continued heading downward.
"Chae, call me slow and assure me that I'm stupid for thinking that these are the zombies in movies. Please." Duri pleaded in a joking way with the lingering thought of the possibility in his mind. "Stay focused, kid!" Chae directed as she confidently walked in front of everyone, using her favorite Ashen practice and amplifying her spear as her Grandfather taught her. "Everyone, your Cinder foundation!" Sun-Jin shouted as Gan Gang Ja arrived through the gates and past her army of dead men and stared at him dead in the eyes before putting out her cigarette on the ground and grinning as she raised her chin up. "You're a sick woman, a thieving, alcoholic pirate, you think you truly stand a chance against all of us here?! Leave now, we won't be merciful!" Sun-Jin asserted and demanded as he rained beiges ashes from above Gan Gang Ja. She fell to her knees, unable to move her body. The army began to sprint and dash in for the siege. "Jang, Duri, Sun-Young, defend our manor!" Chae ordered her siblings, none had hesitated to listen. Chae attempted to sprint to her father's side before one of Gan Gang Ja's dead men made it to him to interrupt his concentration on crippling the chaotic pirate with his ashen practice, she stopped five until one of the brolic generals snuck her with a knee to the rib and pushing her away with a push kick. As she was recovering the brolic general's sneak attack, he turned his attention towards her father, tackling her father to the ground and throwing blows in the mount position. He dodged and blocked the brolic general's hammer fist before Sun-Jin monkey flipped him over. Sun-Jin, wild-eyes was never something for the father of the next Hyun generation. Gan Gang Ja recovered from Sun-Jin's ashen practice with a fire in her eye and heart. "When I want something, nobody stops me from having it!" The degenerate pirate shouted, blushing and with a stammer while she began her way towards the manor worse than a drunk. Gan Gang Ja saw Sun-Jin and the two locked eyes once more, swifter than a bald eagle swooping for its prey, the pirate used her uncanny Blunderbuss and blasted him with it. The pirate was glad her blunderbuss forced his daughter's attention away. Pleased as her goons grouped up on Chae as well. Gan Gang Ja halted, the leader of Jang Gang den took herself a deep breath in then exhaled, in the process releasing her rage away before continuing to walk. "Git 'yer arse away from that beaut, Aima-lee!" Said her Bar's original owner long ago, Gan Gang Ja realized that recalling the follow-up talk had always assisted her in bringing up her. "The effects of that fool's powers are on their way. That sweet boy will be mine then their treasures and riches. I can't be stopped!" Said Gan Gang Ja in her head while wiggling her fingers and stretching her previously sore limbs then her satisfied grin.
