Once Chris realized everyone was asleep he had a nurse sit with me then he timed how long I could go without the twins near me. The nurse sat there watching for almost two hours. Once she saw my vitals dip she told Chris and he called the Alpha's. They came running back so for the first separation it lasted two hour's twenty-five minutes.
That night mom made us stew. It was wonderful. I had three bowls. Chris was still watching what I ate and wether or not I could hold it down.
Later that night Chris ran the experiment again. This time he has the boys go out and work on their project. He had the nurse watch me again but he also had mom sit with me so I had something to do other than sleep.
Mom and I talked about what I missed all week and the fact that Ashley and Tim are now engaged. We talked about the baby clothes she got and how she couldn't wait to show them to me. Then she started yawning so I asked Chris to send her home so she could get some sleep.
After fifteen minutes of it only being me and the nurse she said I was dipping again so Chris called Sam and Dean back.
Once they walked in the room Dean asked,"How long this time?"
Chris watched as my vitals started returning to normal then he said," Five minutes shy of four hours. I think if we are careful we can push your tolerance out to six hours. I still want to test it over the next two days, but i don't want you to go beyond the six hour mark if it's not necessary okay."
We look at each other and then we agree to his terms.
The next morning....
At seven a.m. The twin say they need to go to work on their project. Chris comes in and sits with me till mom can get here. Today our goal is to build up my tolerance to five hours. Everything is fine mom comes in so Chris leaves. Mom hands me a plate. I smile as I take the tin foil off of it. Mom brings over the table so I can set it down. I give her a big hug when she hands me silverware. While I am eating mom and I talk about many things.
"So I am just wondering do you plan on having more children later?"
"Well I would like to make it through this pregnancy first but the twins tell me they want a large family. Do you have any idea what their version of large is? Personally I never thought about it since my life was so shitty growing up."
"I'm sorry honey I have no idea, they don't really talk to me about those things. I do see where your coming from thought. All of this has to be hard to handle. But now that we have the information we need would you think about it later? Not pushing or anything I was just thinking about everything I went through with the boys and now your caring twins but you also have these other issues so if you wanted to would you or would you just stick with these two."
"Well like I said I am just going to wait and see. I won't try to stop it from happening but I don't intend to actively try either. Is that wrong?"
"No honey not at all, and after all this I do understand why you would do it this way. To bad the men can't get pregnant then we could take time off."
"I think it would be funny to see the twins pregnant."
While we are both laughing there is a knock at the door. Ashley and Tim come in then a minute later Anne and Elizabeth come in as well. Ashley brings me more homework and puts yesterday's pile of papers in her backpack. She hugs me and I tell her thanks for doing this. Then Tim gives me a hug and they head off to school.
Then Anne and Elizabeth give me hugs and tell me all the latest gossip. After ten minutes they have to head to the bakery so they both hug me again then leave.
After a while we turn on the t.v. and watch some cooking shows. Chris comes in a few times and checks my vitals. We ask how it looks.
"Chris says," We are four and a half hour in and everything looks really good. Was there anything different between yesterday and today? Did you notice anything Emily?"
"No she ate the food I brought in then Ashley and Tim came in then Ashley traded out homework. Then they headed of to school. After them Anne and Elizabeth came in they were gossiping a bit then left. We have been talking and watching food network."
"What about touching?"
"Everyone gave her hugs when they got here and when they left, why what's wrong I thought you said things looked good?"
"That's just it so far everything looks really good. I only wanted to take it to five hours today but we might be able to do better."
"I'm glad she is doing better but I don't think we should push our luck."
"Right, right I know your right I am just amazed at how well your doing today. Do you feel tired yet?"
"No I feel fine. I am getting hungry again though."
Laughing Emily says," Okay you rest I will run home and make you some food."
"Thank you mom your the greatest."
Once Emily walks out of the room Chris checks everything one more time before he goes back out.
Fourty-five minutes later Emily comes back with food. She brings three plates thinking the boys would be here but they are not. She mind links them to find out what's up. "Hey you guys you should have been here fifteen minutes ago what's wrong?"
"Sorry mom we had a flat tire we are almost done changing it is Patricia okay?"
" Yes Dean she is okay just worried about you. Come to the clinic I have your food here."
"Okay mom we are done be there shortly."
Emily closed the link and handed me my plate."
"They had a flat tire they are okay and will be here in a few minutes. Now eat your food. I know it's not steak but it's still beef and potatoes. After all we don't want to spoil the twins now do we. Or at least we don't want to spoil them yet."
As we are laughing over this the boys walk in.
"Hello sorry we are late we had a flat tire."
They both kiss me as they slide their hand over my stomach saying hi to the twins. Then they hug their mom. Then Chris walks in. He checks the monitors and then says"Hello Alpha's your a bit late but Patricia did just fine all day. I believe Alexander might have exaggerated the issue a bit. You were late by an hour and a half and she is doing just fine. Tomorrow I would like to see if my hypothesis is correct. Emily please only come to give her food. I don't want you to stay. I just hope nothing stops you tomorrow from coming back on time."
"Chris if this experiment of yours can hurt them we won't do it."
"Dean I am trying to build up her stamina. What if we get attacked by rogues? You have to be with your fighters not locked in the bunker with her."
"Dean he has a point we have to increase my stamina. We will do it tomorrow. Then I can go home. Calm down okay."
"Okay baby if you say your okay we will do it."
Then on a private link to Emily he says," Mom please watch over her. Chris is getting far to excited over his experiments on our mate."
"Don't worry Dean I will watch over her."
Then Emily says okay boys you eat I'll be back in the morning to get your plates when I bring Patricia breakfast. I need to go feed your dad now. I'll see you in the morning honey."
"Okay mom good night."
Shortly after everyone leaves I ask the boys for sex. They are a bit nervous about it but they both make love to me. Once they make sure I'm okay we go to sleep.
The last day.....
We wake up early and Dean checks to make sure I'm okay. Since he sees no problem I slides his fingers back inside me while Sam is kissing and licking me. After I hit my release they clean me up then they head out.
Chris comes in and checks my vitals. He tells me everything looks good. Once he leaves mom comes in with my food. After she finds the boys plates she kisses my forehead and say," If you start feeling off call me I will come right away."
I hugs her and shake my head then she leaves. Next Ashley and Tim come in to trade out homework. I hug them both when they come in and on their way out. Finally Anne and Elizabeth come in. They hug me and give me the latest gossip then they hug me and head out.
Chris comes in and checks my vitals again. Once he leaves I turn on the t.v and then do my homework for the day.
Emily comes in at lunch and trades out my plates. I ask her to stay because I am bored out of my mind. But she can't stay but she does hand me my phone. So we talk back and forth that way for a while.
Once again Chris comes in and checks my vitals. Everything is still good.
After another hour I tell Emily I'm going to take a nap since I'm bored. She tells me to have a nice nap.
The next time I wake up I smell food so I know mom is close. Sure enough a minute later she brings in another plate.
"The boys will be here in a minute they wanted to take a shower they got really nasty today."
A few minutes later the twins walk in and Chris comes in behind them.
"Okay as always save questions and comments until the end. So I watched the Luna all day. She had the same visitors today as she did yesterday. The only difference was Emily was not here all day. I checked your vitals every three hours. You held up very well. I can only conclude your father over exaggerated the case. We know that because the Alpha's were gone all day that it did affect you. But as long as they are only gone six or seven hours then you can hold up okay. So with the experiment concluded you may go home if you like."
I look at everyone in the room and say yes I would like to go home. But are there any restrictions?"
"Yes keep movement to a minimum. Alpha's you can't be away anymore than seven hours. And you only have two weeks before sex is off limits. As always any concerns or question call me."
After that Sam runs back to get the car, Dean helps me get dressed, and mom collects my stuff.
Once we get home they put me on the couch to rest then they send an update to Ashley, Tim, Anne and Elizabeth.
About an hour later we go to bed.
