I open my eyes to see myself in a dark room. No one was in sight, but it felt so lonely I got up from the ground. Walking in darkness with no thought of life or what my body was doing in the real world. All I could do was walk for hours and hope to find the light in the told darkness. This has to be my soul or something like a cold dream I was having. But all I could remember was the times with my friends as the room finally change into something else.
"What the?" I breathed. Seeing a large house with a cold outer look. The walls were falling apart and the sounds of birds flying in the sky. The closer I got the more the door will open and my heart started to panic. But when I got to the door and felt the wind from inside pull me in. When I was inside the house it was nicer and seemed more at peace. There was a fancy red rug with statues of knights and monsters as I walked to the center of the room.
"Welcome!" a voice called out in the house, "To my lovely home."
"Yeah a home inside my head," I grumbled.
"Your not the first to be here." it laughed as the ground shook.
"I'm guessing you want me to find you?" I said in a grumpy tone.
"That is my game," it replied, "but it's more like survive this house for two days."
"Great..." I sighed as I kicked the ground. Was I ever going to see my friends again?
"You'll have only one weapon of choice," it replied as a wall open up with all kinds of weapons. "so choose wisely."
I looked to see what I called useful at times but most had to use a large amount of ammo. So taking the combat knife was better with this event of time as I could avoid most of the dangers here. I could run around and hide for hours and take them by surprise. I sighed and called out that I was ready. But when I did the sign of life came into the room. The undead like any other, but seemed to be grown in strength and ability as they ran towards me. All I could do was run as they chase me across the halls. I wasn't going to die, this voice wasn't going to win.
I ran like my life depend on it and felt my body getting tired as something was wrong. My body and mind were still connected as the fever went on in the real world. I was still there, but I do not know for how long I could stay up for. So I pushed open a door and closed it shut. They were going to be there anytime soon, so I push what looks like a dresser on top of it. I was trapped in a room like a mouse.
I looked around and tried to see if something was there. A rug on the floor, a bed, a window, and a painting on the wall. Looking around for anything that could help with my problem, but it didn't take long to see the eyes following me. The painting seemed so real at first, but when I cut into it. It screamed bloody murder as I pulled the paper off the wall. Seeing a door for my way out. Looking over to see the banging getting louder and louder as I walked through the door. Hoping that they won't follow me inside. This reminded me of a horror game or nightmare I had once.
