Iris took a deep breath before placing her palms against the metal surface of the large double door. She could feel her heart beating so fast that it was about to burst out of her chest. She gulped, made sure she had a pleasant smile on her face, then pushed the doors open, revealing the large dining hall behind them.
The middle of the dining hall was taken up by the large, long dining table. There were only three chairs by the table. One on one end of it, the other two right next to it, on either side of the table.
Tapestry and paintings decorated the walls, and there were golden and crystalline sculptures placed every few steps along the walls. The lavishly decorated room was rarely used, and only on important occasions.
Iris' gaze focused on the table, or to be more precise, on the person seating on one of the chairs.
Madam Yotsura's red lips curled up ever so slightly, forming a faint smile.
