Erika sighed. "How long could she spend in a god damn library?" She complained. She had woken up from her sleep just a few minutes ago and was pleasantly surprised that her awful headache was gone. But now Iris was nowhere to be found.
"A long time, actually." Mara responded while scribbling down something on her large, leatherbound notebook. "Was her name Miranda?" She muttered afterwards. Erika nodded. "Yeah, are you drawing her?"
Mara absentmindedly nodded as her pen moved on the faded paper. Erika sat besides her and looked at her drawing. She had captured Miranda's cheerful expression perfectly. "That's pretty good." She mumbled. Mara smiled and kept drawing.
"I can't believe how easily the spell affected us though." Erika continued speaking. "It just erased Aether from my memories, it's insane."
"You remember everything now, right?" Mara asked. Erika nodded. "Yeah, you?"
