"Now, go and search the perimeter again. Check the sites of the explosions. Get me information!" Miss Ingrid's harsh voice sounded.
"Yes ma'am!" The other person quickly responded. Hasty footsteps followed his voice, and Seth breathed a sigh of relief as they quickly grew more distant.
"And who are you?"
"Wah!" He let out a startled shout as he started on his feet. Hadn't the woman left?
"I doubt your name is 'wah', so…" Ingrid Harlacker folded her arms. Her gaze locked Seth in place as her lips formed a thin line. "Name. School. Year. Reason for being here." She demanded.
"Seth Logan, Fawn's Academy, first year. I wanted some peace and quiet." He scrambled to respond. His heart was racing, how much of what he heard was supposed to be secret?
"Ah." Miss Ingrid's expression softened. "Fawn's Academy. You guys had three of your students missing too, didn't you?"
