Aether dashed ahead, ignoring the still lingering flames. With Lady Luna and Ingrid's barriers destroyed, they were defenceless.
The creature let out a deafening roar. It struck the ground not too far away with two of its hands, and it's gigantic body began leaning forward.
"It's going to crush us!" Lady Luna shouted.
"No," Lord Ladran's voice sounded. "Look!" He was right, the creature was only bending its upper body forward to point its gaping hole of a mouth towards them.
Aether paused in his tracks as the entirety of the mouth became visible to them. He gulped as hundreds, if not thousands of rows of small, sharp teeth glimmered with the light of the aurora. He saw no real residual damage from Lady Luna's spell either.
