It was an odd feeling, knowing how tired he really was, but not feeling as such. The exhaustion was still there, but Freya's spell was hiding it, tricking his body into thinking he wasn't actually so tired.
They walked back to the entrance of the coliseum, though with slow steps.
In the distance, the wind continued to throw whatever it could find to the coliseum. Aether breathed a sigh of relief as nothing came their way. He didn't think he could run a single step even if his life was on the line.
"I wonder when it will end." Freya mumbled, breaking the somewhat awkward silence. "And I wonder what that creature is." She added. Aether wondered about that too, the silhouette they had glimpsed was massive, almost reminding him of the Old One's pets in the realm beyond.
