"He is here!" Lucia exclaimed as she looked at her mom. Seeing the mischievous glint in her eyes, Mrs. Sovuyer could not help but chuckle at the childishness of her daughter. The older she grew, the more childish she was. It was a sight to see and enjoy.
"Go and greet him first, I will come after locking the door," she smiled as she patted Lucia's back. Lucia nodded her head and rushed to open the door.
"Hello Miss Lucia," Jack greeted her with a smile on his ace. Even after five years, he had not lost the way he looked and spoke with Lucia.
"As polite as ever I see," Lucia chuckled as she looked at him. Immediately, her gaze left him and started to run around as if searching for something or more like someone.
"What about him?" Lucia said with a crease on her forehead. She had expected the man to be the one to arrive and greet her but he was nowhere to be seen.
