I studied the shining stones in my hand. Upon closer look they're in fact dark-green in color with swirled red in them. They looked well-kept, glittering under the sun apart from the snapped leather band.
From the ragged edges, I could only guess that it was done by force. I turned it over in my hand a few times. Atlas did like this bloodstone bracelet. What was Luke trying to point out now? My eyes strayed in his direction. Luke didn't cast me a glance. His eyes were still on the flowing stream.
"We fought over that stupid bracelet the other day. I wanted it gone, but he wouldn't even badge. So, I tugged at it, and it snapped. He went ballistic on me. I almost shit my pants when I saw the anger in his eyes," he miserably mused.
"You know, I rehearsed what I wanted to say last night. I even considered some cat fight with you," He hummed.
