I feel weird.
The woman ogling me was making me feel things. She was so plain looking. Well, she had beautiful hair though, silky, straight and healthy. I want my hair to be like hers. There's also something strange about her, her eyes. They're cognac-brown, almost illuminating under the light of the mart.
I just talked to Tan earlier, and I need to be at the bar for the Pack project I'm planning for Evergreen, a waterfall. Not exactly business talks, but we'll celebrate the success of our negotiations.
If the woman in front of me won't stop ogling me then there's a high chance I won't be able to make it. I need to get the liquor I need. Luke's outside waiting for me.
"Miss?" I asked.
Her pretty eyes flutter quickly, she's back to her senses. I smiled discreetly. I'm used to the looks I get because of my face. They're all the same men and women vying for my attention. It was tedious, and quickly lost its appeal. But with her, I don't mind much.
