Growing older promises freedom. At this age you will be able to vote,drive,do whatever you want and become whoever you want. So why the rush? What makes us want to skip ahead in time? The imaginary privilege and freedom I guess. But let's face it, adulthood sucks. Too many responsibilities on the plate. People tend to expect a lot from you, much more than what you can give. In the adulthood life the expectations do not match the reality. You are not judged by who you are as an adult. Instead you are judged by how adult you are. Are u responsible? Organized? Articulate? You need to sound and appear like you have it all together. You see, the best part about adulthood is that no one is gonna show you the way. You're an adult, figure it out!
