For two hundred years the Marino and the Amante families have been at war. Since their ancestors started to fight over territories  at the Sicilian border, peace between the two families were nonexistent. Fifty years later, the two families came to an agreement, the youngest Marino son will marry the youngest Amante daughter.

It was the year 1693,in a town called Naples, war was raging rampant on the streets, women and children crying over the lost of loved ones and the men, those who survived were forlorn as they buried their dead. However in the city they was a man who was sitting on his throne in the middle of his mansion,with a grim look on his face. Twirling a wine goblet in his hand he looked at the person who had just came in, Alfonso Reyes,his right hand and second in command, not looking up he asked in a gruff voice" How many did we lose?"
