As the night sky of Dynodes gazed upon the two brothers who sat opposite each just waiting for someone to break the silence, a million thoughts were going through their heads. This would be a difficult conversation to have but as the recent events have shown it was needed.
As much as Leodocus was willing to hear his brother out, his expectations for Athenios' empathy and sensitivity were low. He had been taking a lot of blame and indifference now that he was becoming used to it as his way of life for the choices he made. He expected a tongue lashing in the first real talk they'd have and the fact that Athenios was sitting in front of him seemingly nervous and not saying anything was baffling to him. He started to think what exactly Arcus could have said to him that their eldest brother was in such a state.
