Okay so maybe things had not gotten off to a great start with him almost killing a boy over her and all but she just held onto hope that he believed that she would never do anything to jeopardize their relationship. And it was undeniable that whatever the circumstances that brought him here at this precise moment hardly matter to Xanthippeia. He was here and that's all she cared about.
Suddenly she recalled what happened last night as they pulled back and she bit her lip in nervousness. Had she felt bad for just walking out on him? Absolutely and she hoped he wasn't too hurt about it.
