The final of the Gwent tournament pits Ezio and Alice against each other. At the end of this game, one of the two will receive the tournament prize of three thousand crowns, a cup, rare cards, and a deal with the establishment's manager.

The battle rages between the two finalists; both are fighting for their money and do not want to forfeit. Ezio and Alice's points go up and down with each round. They have used half of their respective decks, and neither has won a single match. But this was finished by Alice, who puts the Saesenthesis card on the table and wins the first round.

The second round begins, and from the start, the spectators can see that it will be much less intense than the first round. Contrary to the first round, which lasted about thirty minutes, the second round lasted only ten minutes. At the end of these long minutes, Alice defeated Ezio and won the final, winning the tournament and making her the Gwent tournament 'The Carnal Desires' champion again.

Alice is pleased and proud of her victory. She gets up from her chair and holds out her hand to Ezio.

"Good game. I didn't think I would have so much fun with you," says Alice with a cheerful voice.

Ezio shakes Alice's hand.

"Me too. It was a good game, although I lost," answers Ezio.

"Well, ladies and gentlemen, we have just witnessed a high-flying final that made two competent people face each other. From this match came out the winner, our champion, ALICE," declares the referee with a powerful voice.

Alice is then taken to a central table where a trophy is held. She celebrates for a moment before putting it down and moving to a table. Once at the table, she celebrates her victory with two women who seem to be her friends.

Ezio, a little disappointed, walks towards his brothers in arms and joins them at the table.

"I see that, as usual, you miss what you undertake at the last stage," declares Leonidas, leaving in a crazy laugh all alone.

"Shut up, Leonidas. I don't allow you to criticize me when you can't do the simple act of killing a vulgar alcoholic," retorts Ezio dryly.

Leonidas immediately stops laughing at his friend's answer. His face turns stern.

"I told you never to speak of this. You broke your oath," Leonidas says in a low, hate-filled voice.

"I have not told this story to anyone. It stays between you and me. But know that if you go too far, I can very well, by being very strongly raised, declare some facts of this good history, a very polite history." answers Ezio with a slightly sarcastic smile.

Leonidas is then silent and continues to sip his tankard.

Saibus and Desmond suppress their laughter not to anger Leonidas further, which means he will make their lives hell back at the League. But, thanks to their stealthy abilities, they manage it perfectly before regaining calm and seriousness.

"Well, now that this is over, let's get started," says Ezio as he stands up, followed by Leonidas, Desmond, and Saibus.

The Cintra brothel Gwynt tournament has been over for three hours. The sun is descending from the sky, and its light is slowly fading. The end-of-tournament party to celebrate Alice's victory has just ended, so the participants either leave the brothel or go to a room in charming company.

Alice is saying goodbye to her friends before taking the tournament cup and a bill of exchange signed by the brothel manager. She exits the establishment into the courtyard. Alice takes a few steps to hear a shrill noise. She looks up and sees a large load falling on her. She doesn't have time to understand what is happening before her survival instinct kicks in. Her body moves on its own, throwing herself up and making a dive.

BOOM

Alice lands flat on the smooth courtyard floor and hears an explosion behind her. She turns and sees the load falling on her, having crashed on the ground destroying a part of the floor. Alice panicked and, not entirely understanding what was happening, tried to regain her composure but couldn't.

"Ah Ah Ah." Alice is seized with a panic attack. Her heartbeat and heart rate increase, making her gasp and breathe fast. Her vision also starts to slow as she hears running noises, screams, and metal collisions. She stands there for an unknown amount of time without taking in any sounds or people around her. But there is one thing she notices before her vision blurs, and she loses consciousness from her panic attack. A red rain.

POV Unknown:

I'm sitting on a rooftop in front of 'The Carnal Desires' brothel watching the customers come and go. I have been there for two hours, motionless and invisible. From my position, I can see all the surroundings of the brothel. I can see other shadows on the roofs or the sills of the buildings near the brothel. Alice, the champion of the tournament, comes out of the brothel. She only had time to take a few steps before a heavy box that suddenly appeared above her fell a few meters.

I raise my hand and incant words in the ancient language, slowing the crate down and allowing Alice to become aware of the chest. I then feel a powerful magic press down on the crate, breaking my telekinesis and speeding up the trunk. Although the container was accelerating, Alice had time to jump forward, avoiding the box that would have killed her.

Three people who were sitting on a bench in the courtyard got up and ran toward her. One of them goes to help her get up but is intercepted by one of the shadows I have seen. Through my monocle, I can see that the person who was going to help Alice and was stopped by the shadow has a dagger in his hand. The dagger is pointing towards Alice's heart.

A shadow is a person dressed in black with green eyes. The two people who accompany him then attack the shadow. The second person is an elf woman with long blond hair. She takes out two short swords and cuts the left shoulder of the shadow.

Clang Clang

Two metallic sounds erupt in the forecourt. The daggers hit a long spear. The third person is an old elf with greying hair. He doesn't have time to make the slightest movement because he receives a violent kick in his side which throws him far away. It flies for several meters before entering into contact with a tree. The person who makes it fly is a tall man wearing complete black armor with a black helmet that hides his face. He approaches the old elf, who gets up and walks toward him. The two walk slowly, increasing the pace, and finally run towards each other.

The elf woman is engaged with a man wearing the same outfit as the one who protected Alice. They exchange blows, and the man's dagger and spear clash.

The first elf attacked Alice and took the first shadow. Two short blades against two one-and-a-half-hand swords. The shadow fights the elf, and neither can land a fatal blow on the other, just faint scratches that don't even extend past their respective thin armor.

I focus on the elf woman. I notch my arrow and band my bow. I concentrate, lower my heart rate, close my left eye and aim with my monocle. I breathe lightly and let go of my bowstring at the same time. My arrow rips through the air.

The little whistle of the arrow tearing through the air warns people of its presence, but it is not enough to miss. My arrow has just stuck in the woman's left side.

I see her grunt in pain and drop her guard for a few seconds. A few seconds will allow her opponent to deliver a fatal blow. The man plants his spear in her throat. She chokes on her blood, resulting in small gurgles. He withdraws his spear, which causes the elf to fall. The other two elves are distracted by this, allowing the shadows to strike a blow.

The man in the armor then charges the old elf and delivers a violent punch to the head, knocking the already wounded elf unconscious. As for the young elf, he gets his right hand cut off before losing his head.

Seeing the situation settle, I started to go down from the building by using its front. But during my descent, a portal opens at the courtyard entrance. Frost appears all around the gate and freezes the infrastructure of the yard.

Five people come out of the portal, which closes directly behind them. These five people wear black armor with spikes. Their armors are integral, hiding all their bodies with their heads. These five people then step towards the elves but stop when they see the shadows, two dead elves, and the unconscious elf on the shoulder of the armored shadow. I can catch the breath of the shadows and the black riders. The people are not moving. Instead, I can see the mouth of the green-eyed shadow moving revealing that he is talking with the knights.

Suddenly, the temperature warms up. I can see that the frost is starting to melt. Thanks to my monocle, I can detect the source of this heat, and this last one is the green-eyed shadow that doesn't have green eyes anymore but blood-red looks with a rosette that turns and eventually disappears and leaves the red pupil alone.

The black knights start to levitate and make incoherent and stiff movements. Finally, after levitating three meters from the ground, the men in black armor stop and finish moving. They spread their arms and legs before a red liquid comes out of their orifices. The liquids form a large sphere. As the liquid leaves their bodies, I can see that the limbs of the knights, although hidden by their armor, are atrophying. This phenomenon lasts about twenty seconds before it stops, making the knights fall to the ground with the sphere, which splashes everything over several meters.

I then resume my descent and reach the street to see the shadow's eyes turn green again and flicker to be caught by the shadow with the spear. They seem to be talking together as I approach them.

I barely had time to get there when the man in the armor called out to me in a deep voice.

"Take Alice while they help me take the elf, two or three knights, and make the corpses disappear."
