"But then again…" Asterin looked at the boy. It wasn't like anyone would come in and steal him, right? If she went out right now to search for Feng Mian it wasn't like he would disappear just like in those shows…
Taking one last glance at the beautiful sleeping boy, she exited the room, happily skipping around. Staring at every single person around, she eagerly looked around for Feng Mian.
But unfortunately, like that one thing you misplaced the other day, Asterin couldn't find Feng Mian anywhere. As she sat on a curb contemplating her life choices, she sighed heavily. "Guess I'll just go out and earn money then."
Standing up, she looked around once more to try and find Feng Mian. Upon not finding him, she walked to the outside of the gates.
The sun was starting to set, making for the perfect time to chillax and kill zombies. Asterin, carrying her shiny sword, swung it around recklessly. Not being a sword expert, most of the swings missed, only to be frozen using her ice power.
With those cheat like powers, Asterin was practically set for life, capable of yawning while killing zombies and collecting their nuclei. She was starting to get extremely bored, when a zombie suddenly sped up, nearly getting a hit on Asterin. Barely dodging, she cursed.
"Ack, I forgot that they get stronger in the night!!!" Looking up at the sky, she glanced around at the zombies. It wasn't like they grew powers or something, but night-time zombies strangely looked scarier.
That, and the buff to their strength and dexterity. Running around like a chicken and firing off blast of ice hoping to kill the zombies, she inwardly cursed again.
"Fuck, I should have looked at the timeeee!!!" She hadn't even dared to go out at night when she was playing the game, yet here she was risking her life like some protagonist with a golden halo.
Spewing out gibberish while running around and swinging her sword, she ran past a bunch of humans. Realising that they were of the same species, she whispers screamed to alert them of her presence and the zombies running after her.
Both of them simultaneously looked in her direction. As she ran towards them, she caught a better glance of their faces. One of them in particular, looked extremely gorgeous, with brown hair and light blue eyes.
The other unfortunately, couldn't be seen well as he was wearing a black hat, sunglasses, and a mask. She did, however, catch a glance of some sort of pink sticking out of his hat.
Her mind stilled. Pink… this could very well be her dearest and loveliest Feng Mian. If she let him see her pathetic self-running away, how about she ever face him again. Stopping, she turned around, resolving to kill the zombies even if she died. Pouring all of her ice powers into one big move, she froze the area around her forcefully.
The zombies chasing her were all frozen under a thin layer of ice. Fully out of energy now, she grabbed at the nuclei in her bag, absorbing all of them at once. Lamenting at her lost money, she sighed. At least she looked good in front of her darling Feng Mian.
Turning around to look at him, she wanted to smile brilliantly to shock him with her borrowed beauty from the original owner. Well, that was how it was supposed to go. Turning around, she saw the two beauties half frozen in ice, glaring at her slightly. Awkwardly staring at them, she smiled sheepishly.
After half an hour of spamming ice walls and replenishing power and digging them out, Asterin finally got both of them out. As they dusted themselves off, she smiled sheepishly at them. The blue eyed boy smiled at her gently, while the one wearing sunglasses at night stared at her, slightly surprised.
Taking off his sunglasses, he glanced at her. Asterin looked up at him nervously. Her heart melted a bit. It wasn't Feng Mian. Feng Mian, who was still growing, was about 155 cm in height. This guy was definitely a lot taller than that, being probably about 175cm in height.
Asterin looked down at the ground, disappointed. She should have just kept running, instead of stopping to act cool. They weren't even anything special at all. Sighing at the loss of her precious money due to this, she could only sadly smile at them again.
The man looked at her, before laughing. Clutching his belly, he bent over, laughing his head off. Asterin stood there dumbfounded. The other guy smiled helplessly, walking over to Asterin.
"He's always like this, don't bother with him." Asterin looked at the cute boy who was explaining his friend's behaviour. It was a pity that he wasn't Feng Mian, if he were, she would be gushing over his excellence right now.
He did have the facial features though. It was only the pink hair that was missing out of the entire set up. Sighing, she turned her view to the other guy.
He had finished laughing and was staring at Asterin now. Taking off his hat and mask, he grinned at Asterin. Neon pink hair coupled with bright red eyes shone into Asterin's eyes. He was basically a moving lightbulb if a lightbulb had bright neon pink in it.
Asterin looked at the beautiful visage, torn up. This guy was amazingly beautiful, except for the fact that he seemed to be rather weird at times.
"Oh god… that was the funniest face I've seen in a long time. You looked like you've seen a ghost!" He laughed happily again. Extending his hand out, he smiled. "Good afternoon, I'm Blaze. Nice to meet you!"
"It's night-time…" Torn up by confusion, she shook his hand. He grinned, shaking her hand vigorously until his companion stopped him. Smiling gently, the blue eyed blue introduced himself as well. "And I'm Feng Mian." Feng Mian smiled gently. Asterin looked at him dumbfounded. What happened to the pink hair??? Huh???
However, that wasn't going to stop Asterin from staring at him happily. She didn't actually expect to find him, but thankfully she had stopped for this. It was money well spent.
Asterin warmly looked at Feng Mian, taking in every detail of his charming visage. Feng Mian shifted awkwardly under her gaze, just a little confused.
