It's been a month since Alex's wedding and they even went on a week long honeymoon through the universe and on different places and locations.
'The time has come'. Alex thought while looking at the inflated AntiMonitor in the dead universe.
He lamented the fact that no one stopped him and he was allowed to hit this stage before the explosion.
This will truly devastate everything and Alex wasn't strong enough to stop it. He already had his hands full with this verse.
'Good thing that I trained the kids before this happened'. Alex looked at the inflated balloon like AntiMonitor and prepared for him to explode any minute now.
'Now focus on keeping this reality intact when he explodes'. Alex concentrated deeply and grasped the space time continuum of the whole universe in his mind.
He wasn't just chilling in these years but has been training himself. Mr. Mxyzptlk can lick his shoes when it comes to power of Reality Warping now.
So Alex was worried but he could still handle the aftermath of the explosion on his universe and it wouldn't be that huge.
Soon Alex made the preparations and everything was ready. Now he was just waiting for AntiMonitor to explode.
The Whole Justice League was already on alert and no one was allowed to slack off today because of Alex's instructions.
Today even the Villains were afraid of doing anything bad because Alex had said on the press yesterday that he will be monitoring the whole world and if he saw someone doing something bad then death is the only answer.
He couldn't anything else because he needed peace and quiet to protect the universe itself and he couldn't be asked to handle these guys in between.
Right on the cue, AntiMonitor exploded and waves of Antimatter spread in the whole dead Universe and ate it away faster and faster.
'World Forger cannot be contacted and I can't leave this universe to go to the Higher Omniverse or it might be gone by the time I come back'. Alex was truly helpless in this regard.
Alex used all his powers and even turned up Avalon and covered the whole Universe inside it to protect it from being destroyed.
'So much destruction'. Alex couldn't help sighing when he saw hundreds of Universes getting destroyed as the waves rolled in steadily.
'The dread is here. I am currently suppressing it'. Alex conveyed his thoughts to the rest of the Justice League and focused on keeping the Universe safe.
Meanwhile in the Justice League headquarters.
"We need to help other universes". Clark stood up on his spot and said passionately.
"The. What about here?" Barry asked and frowned when thinking about it.
"This place is already protected by Alex". J'onn said and focused his attention on all the members in the conference room.
Literally everyone from Justice League and Young Justice was here in the meeting room and focusing on the hologram of destruction that was being projected in front of them.
"Who is in support of my idea?" Clark looked at everyone and spoke solemnly.
"I". Dick raised his hand and agreed.
"I agree as well". Aqualad also raised his hand in support.
"You should tell this to Alex first". Raven looked at everyone readily agreeing and brought up the topic.
"Do you think that I am not paying attention?" Alex's voice reverberated through the meeting room.
"Since I am monitoring the whole Earth. It also means the Watch Tower is also under my surveillance". Alex said indifferently and cut the voice transmission.
"Since he didn't say anything that means he is in support of our idea as well". Hal said and looked ready to take action.
"We need to travel through to other universes. I can ask Cisco to open the portals for us". Barry said and looked at everyone for any differing opinions.
"That is a feasible idea. I can work on other portals in the meantime". Bruce stood up and went away through the boom tube after saying that.
They have incorporated Boom Tubes like portals into the Watch Tower travel system with Alex's help and it has become quite convenient for the to travel through the universe.
"So everyone is in support of this idea". Clark looked at everyone one final time and nodded before sitting down in bis seat.
'So they have concluded their meeting'. Alex stopped watching when he saw the conclusion.
He was looking through the whole meeting while trying to make sure that the universe doesn't get destroyed.
He is busy enough to not even be able to move from his spot. He can only move in a five kilometre radius from this place as centre.
Gold Experience can hold this place as well but Alex cannot move too far away from it either. This is his movement limit.
'Hope you guys can save some of the universes somehow'. Alex closed his eyes and focused on maintaining the safety.
Meanwhile Barry had already gone to Central City for the portal device.
"Cisco, is your portal device ready?" Barry came through the wall without waiting and asked.
"Yeah, why?" Cisco nodded her head and inquired with confusion.
"No time to explain. We urgently need your portals". Barry shook his head and urged her to hurry up.
"I'm coming with you". Cisco stood up from the chair and started to rummage through all the junk that she has stored up in her lab.
"Why?" Barry frowned and questioned.
"You won't know how to operate this machine". Cisco shook her head and finally found the portal device after looking for a while.
"Okay". Barry nodded and both of them entered the portal to Watch Tower.
"You are here". Clark stood up and looked at Barry and Cisco questioningly.
"She has made the device and is here to explain how to operate it". Barry explained and sat down on his chair.
Cisco took a deep breath and walked to the head of the table near the projected Hologram. She showed them the device and started to explain the operating method.
Everyone pain rapt attention because they needed to know this thing clearly or it could become a problem.
