Alex waited outside while watching some movies and TV because he was afraid of an accident. So he decided to just stay here.
'She will be alright if she just has confidence in herself and let go of her remorse'. He chewed on some crisps and thought.
Raven has been cursing herself for the death of the people of Azarath and her mother. She feels responsible for everything that happened.
If she can overcome that knot in her heart then she will progress a lot in controlling her emotions.
The other part would be her hatred for Trigon but Alex doesn't want her to let go of that.
The hatred of blood can only be repaid with blood itself. He doesn't care about the cycle of hatred. If it comes down to it.
Then he will keep killing as many as they come plus he kills cleanly. So no on knows who did it in the first place.
He snapped out of his thought and continued to wait for Raven to sort out her stuff.
It wouldn't be taking long in Alex's perception at least. Since he is just waiting outside and he only has to wait for a day at the maximum.
Alex used his Haki and saw the situation inside the barrier.
Raven was currently frowning and her eyebrows were twisted into knot.
It was like she was feeling a terrible headache and it wasn't going away anytime soon.
'Try to let go of your remorse. It wasn't your fault but Trigon's. He killed them, you had no part in that. So just pay them a tribute with his head later'. Alex conveyed his thoughts straight to her mind and tried to help her through the difficulty.
'Okay, I'll try'. Raven replied back in a strained voice and continued to confront her emotions and feelings.
'Come on, you can do it'. Alex kept on cheering her when he felt that she was faltering.
Like this, Alex spent a whole day on the dead planet for Raven.
As soon as the day passed, Raven was ejected from the barrier and stood in front of Alex with a small smile on her face.
"I see that you've made some good progress". Alex stood up from the chair and came in front of her.
"I feel much more refreshed like a burden has been lifted off my shoulders". Raven nodded her head with a smile but her insides were even more grateful to Alex.
She has already been indebted to him for everything that he did for her without anything in return and now he also helped her with this.
She just doesn't know how to repay him for all this and this made her just feel strange and awkward.
"You thinking about nonsense again?" Alex took Raven's hand and asked.
"I just don't know how-". She didn't get to finish her words and Alex sealed her mouth shut with his own.
"I know how?" He smirked and looked into her eyes.
"Ugh". Raven groaned but obediently helped him.
"Hehe". Alex laughed wretchedly like he was kidnapping a girl.
After a quick little session. Alex was refreshed and Raven was cleaning her mouth with her powers after what she just did.
"Now that we're refreshed. I think it's time to see your progress". Alex stretched his arms and looked at Raven with a smirk.
"You mean you right?" Raven glared at him and her eyes glowed dangerously.
"Don't be so stiff. I know you liked it". Alex wriggled his eyebrows at her and smiled widely.
"No". Raven turned her face and didn't dare to look at his wide smile.
"Let's go then". Alex took his combat stance and waited for Raven to make her move.
Raven also turned serious and spread her arms wide. She started chanting and Alex felt that a force was acting on his body to crush him.
'Telekinesis huh'. He raised an eyebrow at this but Gold Experience came out to just swat it away like a bug.
Raven groaned because her Telekinesis was counterattacked like this.
She raised her arms high and froze the time around Alex to a standstill.
'Another new ability'. Alex muttered to himself and saw Gold Experience shuttling through the time stop area like his home ground.
Raven waved her hand and a massive ice Spear Alex's way and the power behind the spear was amazing.
Gold Experience held the spear by the tip as soon as it appeared near Alex.
He flicked his fingers and the spear shot back at Raven with even more power.
Raven quickly dodged the spear and used darkness to teleport the spear back at Alex with the same speed.
Gold Experience just destroyed the spear this time and didn't bother to send it back.
It came in front of Raven and was about to punch the shit out of her when Alex stopped it.
"That's enough". Alex waved his hand and stopped Raven as well.
"You have gained some pretty useful and can fight Trigon if you can resist Reality Warping". Alex said after a little thought and analysing.
"Your strength is just a small distance away from totally catching up with him but your different abilities more than make up for it". He complimented her with a smile and Raven also smiled in return when she heard it.
Although her smiles are and aren't all that wide but she has to smile now and it is all that matters.
'Guess that training wasn't in vain'. Alex smiled while thinking and looking at Raven's smile.
"What are you looking at?" Raven asked with narrowed eyes.
"Your smile looks good on you". Alex said and walked over to her.
"Thank you". Raven nodded and thanked him without feeling embarrassed about it.
"Alright, we should head back now. This is enough training now". Alex nodded and waved his hand to take the both of them back home.
"Go get some rest and we will talk tomorrow". Alex motioned for Raven to quickly get out of the lounge and she just nodded her head before disappearing in a dark swirl of energy.
