Next day will be biggest day for them, it is Alvira's operation day.
She was taken inside the room and every one was waiting outside worridly, though dr said operation is having success rate more and her eyes are not much damage that it can't be repaired.
The bulb of operation theatre is glowing, all the four member are waiting outside, Rekha, Vikram,Varun and Sanaya.
The doctor came out after hours with a smile on his face, " Congratualation , operation was successful" he spoke and they all smile widely after a long time they were happy and smile.
"Thank you doctor, thanks alot , Can we meet her" Vikram said happily.
" Yes, but not now,after shift her in private ward,you can meet her, Please excuse me" he walk after saying.
"I want to say hearty thanks to that person who paid the bill, but who it can be, why he is not showing himself" Rekha said and this reminds Sanaya about agreement and her pregnancy, she forgot that she needs to feed herself time to time for the little life inside her.
"Forget it Mom, if that person want to show himself he will come, we should not think about it"
They nodded in agreement and wait for Alvira to take off gauze from her eyes.It can't be remove soon after operation. They have to wait for sometime.

In private ward of Alvira
She is sitting with doctors and family surronding her a nurse is removing gauze from her eyes.
Alvira slowly open her eyes and saw blur environment and she close her eyes immediately.
" This is completely normal Alvira, your eyes saw the light after many days, open it, and your eyes will adjust to the light" Dr instructed
She again open her eyes blink few times and saw the wall in front of her with blur.Her vision got clear few seconds and she can see the wall clearly and she move her eyes to look at her people and smile" Mom" she look at Rekha and said to let every one know she can see everything properly.
" Alvira my child, you can see me" she walk toward her and cupped her cheeks
" Yes Mom I can see everything like before" She move sight to Vikram" Dad" she stretch her hand and Vikram hold it and came near her.
" Tears doesn't suit you" she wipe his tear
" It nothing just tears of happiness" he said
Varun and Sanaya was happy to see her , Sanaya was sheding tears and Varun pat her shoulder
" Where is Shefali,why she didn't come to see me?" Alvira's question stunned everyone.
Vikram look at doctor and Dr nodded yes
Now her condition is stable even if she listen about Shefali condition.
" You want to meet her,Come I ll take you" Varun said and brought wheel chair for her. She sat down on chair and took her to Shefali ward.
They reach inside the ward and she saw her lying in bed" What happen to her, is she sleeping or something else?" she ask worriedly
Sanaya hold her hand and said" She is in coma"
Alvira widen her eyes and tears fell to her cheek" I...I...heard her shouting my name when accident happen, at that time also she was bothering about me and she herself...." she cover her mouth and sniff.Some where she was expecting a bad about her.
" Praying for her its better than crying" Varun kept his hand on her shoulder. Seeing a young girl on bed living dead made everyone heart ache.
She move her chair near bed took her hand" Hey you dump girl,please get well soon, don't you miss our cat fight"
They all stay in her room without saying anything.
Sanaya felt hungry and her head start spinning because of no food inside her stomach, she can't starve herself long, her baby need food even though she is not in a mood to eat.
She can't let her baby hungry, she excuse herself and went in canteen to eat alone. When she start eating the food she keeping eating,she order more food to eat.
After eating she realised how much her baby was hungry , she looked at the five plates and two glasses of almond milk on table she finished. At morning she just had her breakfast and after that she didn't ate a single grain because of operation and it is almost dinner time.
" I am sorry baby, Mommy kept you hungry all day, I promised Mommy won't be repeating this and feed my baby on time" she caress her stomach.
