"Ows? And so?", Wei Shuang just shrugged her shoulders off as she looks at her disciple's 'you're - amazing' look. Of course, only her mind registers Di Xueyan's expression as such.
Di Xueyan first thought that her master must have some affections of the Phoenix clan, but looking at it now, if this act is called affection, then the world woud have been in chaos right now.
"Master, how much do you hate this clan for you to do this?", she asks amusedly at how her master seems to be so proud of stealing it.
Wei Shuang's smile dims a little, but nothing drastically changed from her mischievous expression.
" Oh dear, more than you could have ever known", Wei Shuang just laughs it out, as if she is not talking about her own hatred but of others.
Di Xueyan can only see a smiling lady, but her air seems depressing and suffocating.
Now that she knew that they have the same hatred, she felt like she and her master is much closer now.
She wants to say words of comfort but before she can even run her mouth, her master's smile became devious and all she can feel is that she is being sucked by something before her visioned blackened.

Danger...
Before the word can even registers in Di Xueyan's mind, she already flies up without hesitation. She landed a few meters from where she was supposed to be and can only see a huge crater that is partly covered with thick smoke of dust.
Without even having the chance to survey her surrounding, a loud monstrous growl pierced her ears, making her stumble for a good few steps.
Stabilizing herself, Di Xueyan saw a strange looking beast that looks like a mutant. Its face looks like a rhinocerous but it's body is like of a t-rex and its tail is like of a snake, and it actually has a snake mouth in the end! The beast is as tall as a three storey building with a huge body that can never be compared with atleast fifteen elephants being squeezed together.
'Fuck! How hideous! '
Di Xueyan's face turned serious as she disregarded any distracting thoughts. All she knew is that she should survive this shit. Looking at the dent its tail has made, she knows that she can't take this shitty thing in front of her lightly.
The strange beast is already charging towards her, and the first thing she has to do is to find its weakness.
She took her contracted divine sword that her mother has given her. With a flip, the sword is covered with green fire, making it looks malicious and murderous.
Since she doesn't know anything about this strange beast, she decided to attack it where it is barely protected, its eyes.
But planning is different from the actual action, because no matter how huge the monstrous beast is, it is still unbelievably agile that even she finds it hard to tackle it.
They have been running around the mountain for a while. While at it, Di Xueyan never forgot to survey her surroundings. She is inside a rainforest where everything looks very vibrant, but the battle of the strange beast and hers has been ongoing for hours already that the once colorful scenery became disappointingly chaotic, with muds and crumpled plants everywhere.
Di Xueyan has nearly been bitten by the snake tail of the beast but luckily, she evaded when it is only a few breaths away from her, but the venom of the snake accidentally drops in her left arm, leaving a burnt clothes and ugly rotting flesh behind.
'Damn! It would have been worsed if I was bitten!', she cursed in her mind but a strange notion is currently formulating in her head.
With a glint in her eyes, she smirks with the thought that she has to defeat this monster not only to survive, but to also plunder the treasure that it has within its body.
She had never saw such potent venom before, so her greedy eyes eyed the poor unsuspecting beast in front of her.
Di Xueyan stares at the uninjured beast, comparing it to her once elegant self who is now wearing burnt clothes and with a strange smelling rotten flesh. Comparisons really hurts.
'It is not as if I don't have to kill it anyway', she reasons out as she looks at her badly rotting flesh. Knowing that she has to kill the beast anyway to study the antidote, she numbs herself as the pain became very unbearable with determination overtaking her system.
She attacks again with renewed ferocity and a fierce battle ensued.
Di Xueyan nearly poke the left eye of the beast with her sword when the snake tail attacks her, making her change her target and successfully slice the beast's horn.
She hurriedly toss the beast horn inside her storage space.
'We would never know when it will be useful'
The beast howl in pain, making it muddle headed for few seconds.
When she found an opening, she hurriedly lurched herself towards the eye region of the strange beast and successfully dig the beast's left eye out.
A resounding roar echoed through the disturbed forest, with birds flocking far away from the crime scene.
The beast became more rampant and wild, its other eye is red from hatred and pain. In a blink of an eye, Di Xueyan is now facing an open mouth with saliva dripping in the ground, making a dent wherever it drops with a hissing sound. She was caught off guard at the sudden change of speed that is why all she can rely of is her reflexes. Without even thinking about it, she solidified her green flames so that it can serve as an extension of the sword and stab it in the beast's open mouth with the hope that it would reach its brain.
Suspicious hissing sounds can be heard as Di Xueyan tried to steady herself as pain engulf her senses. She has been playing with different kinds of poisons and venoms all this years and has been accidentally victimized by herself, but never had she encountered a venom that can melt a cultivator's body with a mere drop.
'It even hurts like fuck!', she can't help but curse when she felt like blacking out, as if the venom is penetrating her soul. But she is well aware that she can't, so she fought the impulse to collapse.
The strange beast is giving its last struggle. As Di Xueyan is hell bent in making the stab deeper to hit the brain, the sly creature also uses its snake tail and attacks the poor girl from behind.
Di Xueyan sensed its movement and hurriedly dodge, but she was still a second late as her left waist was bitten, emmiting a low growl from her. Pain assaulted her senses making her almost lose her consciousness again but she knows that once she closes her eyes, she can never dream of opening it ever again.
With the remaining strength that she has, she doubled the length of her sword and successfully destroyed the beast's brain, making it shake for the last time before it dropped dead to the ground.
Di Xueyan retrieved her sword, turning it back to normal and curse a hundred times in her mind. She tried to drink several pills just to keep herself from losing consciousness. With all her remaining might, she used her sword as a walking stick for support and began studying the venom of the beast.
What will usually takes just several hours became few days of studying and concocting the antidote as Di Xueyan has to stop herself from losing her consciousness over and over again. It is just fortunate for her to have some pills for keeping herself awake, purified to keep the side effects away, and a pill to slow any venom in her blood down, giving her enough days to study and concoct the pill.
At last, a pure and fragrant smell enters her nose, clearing her collapsing mind a little. She used up all her remaining spirit qi and physical energy in concocting the antidote. With a light head and double vision, she hurriedly drank the antidote before letting herself be engulfed in darkness.
