At the other part of the continent, the Upper Court is currently having a meeting. The Upper Court is situated in Kun Mountain's Sky Cliff, the view is so serene yet spectacular as it overlooks the four vast kingdoms.
The Upper Court's head quarter is so vast that it is even bigger than the 4 palaces of the 4 kingdoms combined. The meeting area is a vast, open white pavillion, filled with fresh wisterias and surrounded by water lotus ponds. It is in the very edge of the Sky cliff where the 4 kingdoms can be seen altogether. The clouds are even within reach, making the surrounding ethereal. Only those who works in the Upper Court are the ones who knows its location. For those who just knew, they can already be seen as a super power.
The surrounding is so breathtaking, it can easily mesmerize a lone soul, but not the souls of the people sitting in a round table.
Some have neutral faces while some are angry. Today, they have a visitor, a very rude visitor who just strides inside the court without even greeting the elders, instead, asked the servants to bring him sweets and tea, and just sits lazily in the guest's seat.
The leader of the Upper Court, Feng Tu, looks at the young man in front of him who is busy sipping his tea, quite exasperatedly. The young man is wearing his mask, but his face is just someone that all the elders in the Upper Court hate.
They hate his lack of respect and over confidence. Who, in the entire 4 kingdoms, won't shake in fear at the mere sight of their robes? Who would not be in awe with just their mere presence? Who would dare to treat them arrogantly?
In short, they just hate him because he hurts their damned ego.
The thing is, they know that they can't do anything to teach this hateful lass a lesson. They all didn't have the guts to touch someone from a rising super power.
Jin Linkai is very aware with the hostile glares around him, he just doesn't give a damn. He is just here for one purpose, thus, he can't play with these oldies egos just yet.

Jin Linkai raised his brow and tilted his head, as if he already knew all those stuffs and questioning why does they have to know the reason?

The Upper Court is not a power who puts personal interest above all, we can't accept your request!", the right hand of the Leader, Elder Yu, said with a righteous tone. Though the other elders' lips are twitching with the 'puts personal interest above all' he just righteously stated, as he is someone who over use his power, but they have to show this hateful child that they are not a push over, so they nodded their heads arrogantly in approval.
" Haaahh! When boss is angry, she really can't control herself", Jin Linkai yawn and lean on the seat lazily while looking at his finger while smirking.
" I think you all already forgotten about how that demoness wreck your 'tightly secured' west wing", his smirks grew wider as he saw the green expression of the elders' faces
The West wing of the Upper Court is the place where all the treasures of the Upper Court were tightly secured. Those treasures include high leveled artifacts, high leveled air ships, rare herbs, spirit minerals of different colors, pill recipes and many more.
The Upper Court robed a branch of Sangre Pavilion. Of course, with a righteous reason of the Sangre Pavilion's tribute to the court for their protection. The mere act of robing is already a sin in the eyes of Di Xueyan, so it would've been just a light punishment. But the egoistic fools not only robed the branch but also hurt the members who defended the branch from those bunch of robbers, and as Di Xueyan is someone who is known for her overprotectiveness, she saw those acts as unforgivable!
The branch managers did their best to dissuade her from taking revenge, saying that it is better for them to be hurt than her, as they were also eternally grateful for being rescued by their young miss from their miserable lives. But Di Xueyue never budged.

The elders can't help but to shiver at the memory. That was the first time in their entire lives, had they were humiliated by a mere junior. Though they were not the strongest descendants from the big families in central zone, they were very strong compared with all the experts in the four kingdoms. Thus, they were very overconfident, who would have thought that they were just beaten black and blue by a mere young lady?
The elders look with one another, they can't lower their pride, but they also can't afford to offend the great demoness again.
