Matthew kept his leg onto the troll mage's chest and his solid aura blade unmoving from the troll mage's neck. Even though it might not be a good display of attitude when the troll village chief is in front of him, Matthew couldn't afford to lose one of his protection measures.
Both Matthew and the village chief were looking at each other and they stayed silent for a few moments before the village chief started talking,
"Although you look like a weird version of them, you indeed look similar to the kobolds. Say, what are you doing here, kobold? Do you want to move your settlements deeper into the forest? If that's the case then don't even think of trying to threaten us."
"You might be their best warrior, but you are still not enough to help all the kobolds defeat the trolls. Find another village to take its spot."
