Chapter 26 - The Jack Bandit Gang!

Unfortunately, things did not go as planned.

Two hours passed by quickly.

The rain did not stop. It was still as heavy as before.

The four containers outside had already been filled up. Solomon started to regret not getting more.

It was already too late to get more because there was no longer any wood that was that thick.

It would be easier to chisel it with ordinary wood, but it was not thick enough to withstand the rain.

Solomon and Nicole could occasionally hear the roars of ferocious beasts.

This was also common on rainy days. Most murderers did not like rainy weather, which would hinder the path of foraging.

"Looks like the clothes won't dry."

Solomon looked at the wet clothes on the shelf, which were still dripping with water.

"Nicole, do you want new clothes?"

Solomon asked Nicole.

New clothes?

Nicole looked at her clothes that were full of patches. It had been a long time since she had worn new clothes.

Solomon's arrival had completely changed her previous embarrassing life.

Nicole said without the slightest hesitation, "Yes."

Hearing Nicole's reply, Solomon nodded and walked into his room.

Looking at the various things piled up in the corner, he began to flip through them.

After a while, Solomon walked out of his room. In his hands were three bundles of white thread and some cloth for making clothes. These were all taken from the camp.

Solomon estimated that the things in his hands were enough to make four sets of clothes. He and Nicole each had two sets, which was just right.

"What kind of clothes do you want?"

Solomon asked Nicole again.

He was planning to make two sets of clothes similar to what he had now so that it would be convenient for him to fight when needed.

Nicole shook her head. She did not know what kind of clothes she wanted. It was already good enough to wear warm clothes, so she did not think about these things.

Solomon looked at Nicole in front of him. Nicole had only had two sets of clothes, and they were all one-piece, similar to a one-piece dress.

It was definitely not convenient to move around like this. However, Solomon's brain worked quickly.

"Nicole, I'll get you two pairs of pants and two tops. How about that?"

This thought had already appeared in Solomon's mind. The tights would definitely be more convenient to move around in, and then he would get a loose top and a set of clothes.

Hearing Solomon's words, Nicole did not hesitate and nodded directly. She had this kind of trust in Solomon.

Although she did not know what would happen when the clothes were made, the effect should not be too bad. It could be seen from Solomon's carving skills.

"Then I'll measure you first."

Solomon was actually a little nervous. This was also the first time he had made clothes for others. In the past, he had bought them directly.

He had only seen others making clothes from the side, and he had never actually done it himself.

However, it should not be any harder than carving.

Soon, Solomon got a rough idea of Nicole's size and then drew a rough image of the clothes on the ground with charcoal ash.

He was going to try his own first.

Solomon carefully used the small dagger to scratch at the white cloth.

Since he did not have scissors, he could only make do with the dagger.

Nicole stood beside Solomon without making any sound. She just stood there and quietly looked at Solomon.

The sleeves on both sides and the collar showed the general appearance.

"Not bad."

Solomon said with a smile.

He was quite satisfied with the clothes he made.

He was not used to it when he first started, but he gradually found the right feeling after that, so he was naturally at ease.

Solomon was indeed a genius. As long as he did it once, he would know the specific steps and methods.

An hour passed again.

Solomon had already made two sets of Nicole's clothes.

The clothes were actually done in twenty minutes.

The pants were a little more difficult to get. One had to consider the length and the degree of tightness, so it took a little longer.

"Quickly change and see if it fits."

Solomon handed one set of clothes to Nicole.

The two sets of clothes Solomon made were the same size. If one set could fit, then both sets would be fine.

Very quickly, Nicole changed her clothes and walked out of the room.

"It looks good."

Solomon commented.

The only drawback was the pair of rabbit ears that were too protruding, but overall, it looked pretty good.

After being praised by Solomon, Nicole's face turned slightly red, and she lowered her head.

Solomon did not need to try on his own clothes. He could wear them completely. His own size had long been engraved in his heart.

Solomon took out a pendant from his trouser pocket and handed it to Nicole.

This was specially made for Nicole. Not to mention, it looked quite nice on Nicole.

"Thank you, Solomon."

Nicole looked at the pendant around her neck with joy. She walked over and gave Solomon a hug.

This did not make Solomon understand.

Hugging was not good. Not hugging was too awkward.

After a few minutes of stalemate, Nicole finally let go.

At this moment, an image appeared in Solomon's mind.

The Rainbow Snake's perspective!

A man who was 1.85 meters tall stood at the front of the team.

Unlike the others, this man had a small knife on his skull.

Solomon recognized that this was the leader of the Jack bandits, Jack!

Jack was very scheming, and his temper was very bad.

If someone angered him, they would be directly hacked to death by the large knife on his waist, and then thrown to feed the fierce beasts.

They found a mountain rock under which they could use to hide from the rain.

"No one is allowed to give me water to drink. Even if you're thirsty, you have to hold it in."

Jack said.

Solomon had the Rainbow Snake move in their direction.

Jack's bandit gang had mobilized 200 people!

"Leopard, what do you think?"

Jack asked the man standing behind him.

The man wearing leopard-print animal skin replied, "Leader, isn't it just a small camp? With so many people, I can slaughter this camp alone."

The man was very confident. He was a leopard kisser after all.

"Leopard, you think things are too simple. This camp is not as simple as you think."

Jack's eyes flashed with interest.

He was very scheming. The bandit gang did not trust anyone. There had been betrayals before.

Jack controlled the water and food in the bandit gang. He was not afraid that these people would not listen to him.

The purpose of this trip was to make up for the losses they had suffered last time and absorb some fresh blood.

They did not notice that a snake was watching their every move, including what it had said.
