There was a depressing atmosphere that came over the household. It was good enough that Deth and Hiel were alright, but the second objective which was just as important was not achieved.

The tone of his voice shut Tristan up, and the grey-haired boy mellowed down instantly.
No one dared to speak to Toshirou, not even Mahalalel. The anger in his eyes prevented any of them from addressing or confronting him, including Kyung who would have at least tried to level with him or face him.
But they all understood his reason for being greatly upset, and frankly speaking, they couldn't blame him.
