It was a rather sad sight to behold. Despite being so young, they are able to take anyone down regardless of size. Half of the army has already been defeated, and the other half is debating whether to protect their pride or refrain from hurting it more.
"You four are strong. I'll give you that," I comment, applauding from the observation deck.
"We've been dealing with people this size since we were tiny," Carol proudly claims as she dusts the dirt off of her hands.
Xander had the soldiers focus more on weaponry than hand-to-hand combat since most of the people who joined are rather small in stature. I admit that it's a good idea, but in the face of another country's power, it's only a set back.
"Have you ever fought with the your king, the Autumn Vessel?" I ask while hoping down from the observation deck.
The teenagers appear confused as I approach them. "We aren't at the level yet to where we can even ask to spar against our king," Brandon explains, scratching his neck.
