"What day did you say tomorrow is?"
"Tomorrow will be the first day of autumn. The castle's heating system hasn't been tested yet, so the people who sought it up would like to test it out once it gets a bit colder."
September 22. Also known as the autumnal equinox. The horrible part of the year when nights get longer and the days get shorter. I've always hated the first day of autumn because it meant that I couldn't play outside as much as I wanted, and despite being an adult now, it still makes me dread the day. Days are shorter meaning I have less time to do paperwork. Nights are longer which means that my whole rhythm will be thrown off.
The end of September last year was also around the time I turned into a fox. My senses were so sensitive during that time. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but now that I'm pregnant, it might make my symptoms worse.
