Noel told Michael and Isaac about what happened at this morning's check, so now the two are overly conscious of everything now.

Rolling back and forth on the bed, I try to recover from the pain in my back.
"Your Majesty, if you're going to roll around, can you roll back over to me, please?" Maggie sighs.
"Why did it hurt so much?" I ask as I slowly roll over to Maggie.
"I should have noticed it earlier, but your muscles were already so tense that I couldn't tell a difference until today." Maggie helps me adjust on the bed by sliding my shirt back up so that she can have access to my back again. "The muscles in your back are knotting up on each other. Your sudden sickness last night might have been a contributing factor since you hunched over so quickly and repeatedly."
"So what does that mean for me?"
