Do you know the feeling when you're busy but not busy at the same time? Like you were doing a lot, but it flew by that it didn't feel like a lot? That's kind of how this week felt.
Several things had to be planned and budgeted for the graduation. Delic and the guys wouldn't leave me alone for even a second. Lucas continues to rub against my stomach. Lily is wondering why everyone is acting weird. Few moments of solace were granted to me when I could find a way to sneak off from everyone.
Saturday morning graces me with a sunny day, so I hurry and get ready to meet with my father. The fear of the outcome of our conversation haunts the back of my mind as I try to think positively.
"Isaac, why are you shaking?" I ask as we walk into the forest towards the small house.
His pale hands tremble while holding mine to make sure I don't trip over anything. "I'm scared of what Father will say when you tell him that you're pregnant. Do you think he will disown me?"
