"Dad!" I scream as soon as Ray retrieves me from the small house. "Where are you?!"
"Why are you shouting, Snowflake? And why are you here so late at night?" my father asks after he appears from around a corner.
"I need to talk to you about something."
My father takes me to one of the small rooms and closes the door behind him. "What's did you have to talk about that made you come at such a late hour?"
"When I first heard your voice last year after you died, you told me to that I would finally set out to do what you failed to do. I never understood what that meant, and honestly, I almost forgot about it until tonight. What did you mean about that?"
With a confused expression, my father pours me a cup of warm tea. "What were you talking about that made you remember what I said?"
